Hi, I’m Shoshana! I’m so glad you found your way here.

If you're reading this, chances are you, too, have wondered about the bigger questions in life — or maybe you're navigating a journey that feels a little messier than you expected. I get it. I’ve been there. In fact, I’m still there, and that’s part of why I’m here: to share my journey with you and hopefully, help you feel less alone in yours.

I’m a daughter, sister, friend, lifelong seeker, and advocate for mental health and wellness. After years of living with anxiety, depression, and undiagnosed bipolar disorder, I’m finally finding my footing. It’s been a long road — full of both light and darkness. But it’s also been one of the most transformative experiences of my life.

Writing has been my lifeline through it all. Whether it was journaling through the hardest days, or weaving poetry to make sense of my mental health struggles, it’s always been a way to process, heal, and grow.

This site is my invitation to you — a space where I can share my reflections, the things that have helped me along the way, and the lessons I’m still learning. It’s not just about me pouring my heart out (although, let's be real, there’s some of that too!) but about creating a community where we can share the messiness, the beauty, and the joy of being human.

Here, you’ll find everything from wellness essays to poetry, personal stories, joyful lists, helpful resources, and those random thoughts that pop up when I’m reflecting on life. I write about mental health, healing, identity, vulnerability, and the moments of light that keep us going.

If you're here because you're struggling or simply looking for connection, I want you to know this: you are not alone. I’m right here with you. And I believe that together, we can transform struggle into strength, isolation into community, and vulnerability into healing.

You won’t find perfect answers here, but I promise you’ll find truth, authenticity, and hopefully, some moments that help you feel a little more seen and a lot less alone.

Thank you for being here.

With love and gratitude,
Shosh
